I had an exceptional experience working with Sep. Selling and buying a house can be a very stressful experience. Sep made the process easy and as smooth as possible, even fun at times. Mr. Sep. Ebrahimi, listed our home in MLS and rented it in just 8 days and for the asking price. His attention to my Meticulous and Detailed request about property details, as well as the pictures of the Listing alone, deserves a FIVE STAR. His Speedy process, in addition to his constant communications, updating me about every perspective renter/applicant, makes his service way beyond 5-star. Mind you Sep was retained after having a bad experience with another realtor which took more than a week to just list my rental property on MLS, and then quitting on the same evening. We worked with Sep during Nov-Dec of last year for the third time. The last two time were when we bought our first ever house in 2013 and when we sold the same house in June of last year. This time, as always, he was very helpful, attentive, direct, and hard working in helping us out. After selling our first home, we were living in an apartment, and it was Sep who encouraged us to get back into the housing market and buy a place, by taking advantage of the low interest rate, which turned out to be the best decision we could have made. This time we were looking for a house in Riverside county, about 50-60 miles away from our apartment and Sep’s office and house. We were also facing the COVID pandemic that would make every step of the process, including house tours, more challenging. Despite these difficulties, Sep worked very hard by contacting the seller agents, doing extra paper works due to COVID, and driving up to 70 miles to go with us to visit houses. We bought a very nice house in Corona in December of 2020 with help from Sep. This was the third time we worked with him in the past 7 years. As the previous times we were so happy to have him on our side. Just like our first purchase in 2013, and our first sale in May of 2020, he made the process very smooth and enjoyable for my family. This time, of course, was different because of the pandemic and challenges that comes with it, but throughout the process, Sep was still very responsive and quick in making appointments, preparing and submitting additional paperwork needed for house tours due to COVID-19. Once we found the house we liked, he was very persuasive in his negotiations with the seller to get us the best deal. During the process of escrow, he was also very helpful in following up with the seller’s agent to get quick answers regarding a variety of items. The biggest challenge in the process this time was that we were looking for a new home in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. With the distant of 50 to 70 miles from his office, Sep was committed to be there with us during house tours, and several times after we made the deal, for inspection, walk through and other steps we needed to take, while he didn’t actually need to do so. Hi all, we just purchased a home in Hermosa Beach with Sep as our realtor. Sep used to work with my husband at Northrop Grumman, and he played in the Northrop Chess Club. He's a smart guy. Plus, he's thorough and pleasant to work with. Last time we purchased a home, we had to find some of the homes we wanted to see, and I chased the realtor around. None of that was needed with Sep. Due to Covid, paperwork had to be completed each time we visited a listing, and these (and all the other paperwork) was sent right away using a doc-sign program. I quickly signed all requirements from my phone. The first day we notified Sep we wanted to look in the area, he sent listings that matched our requirements and we visited 8 properties the next day.
